how to ruin a great design

 Before i read this article it never occurred to me how much of a difference clean sign and advertisement designs can make. The signs and logos we see every day become an icon to us. A part of our everyday lives that when we see it we know exactly what it is and what it relates to. When someone tries to fix what isn't  broken that is when we can start to really see what a difference it makes. Like changing a stop sign that we are so used to seeing everyday into something that could become more of an eyesore than getting the point across. The bottom line is that design of all shapes and sizes impacts our lives more than we think, and we probably take it for granted.
